WF Plus Pak fails on deleted files ?

We are using the WF Plus Pak from CSO and the job hangs on the script: plus_workflow_log.ipl hangs when the file was deleted.

Has anyone seen this before ?

I don't know anything about the plus pack but I was talking to a customer the other day who said there is a non-Interwoven developer who has developed a custom workflow reporting system implemented with a database and sold for about $30K. Does anyone know anything about this solution?

To which file (that's being deleted) are you referring to?

When there is a workflow in process, pushing a delete file (from the WA to Staging) the ipl process (and thus WF) hangs. It is not consistant, sometimes it works, most of the time it does not.

It seems to be stuck in plus_workflow_log.ipl
