Suppress subgroup bookmark when empty

Hi All,

Is there a way to prevent a subgroup bookmark from displaying in the PDF export when there is no value for that group? I searched and found ways to suppress all bookmarks for a subgroup but could not find a way to suppress only the empty ones. I have attached an image with red arrows pointing to the bookmarks I would like to have suppressed.
