Fonts applied on Birt reportsi n linux

Hello friends,

i created the birt reports and used font verdana .
My java application is running on linux
but on exporting birt reports to WOrd all fonts are converted to to Lucida Typesetter.

Please help me to find out the root cause.

Take a look at the description in the fontsConfig.xml file located in the org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.fonts plugin.
