JDBC Error - Communications link failure

Hi Everyone,
I'm in the process of moving all of my Application code from 2 servers to 2 virtual servers in the cloud. I have most everything up and running, but am having a really difficult time getting my BIRT reports to work. The iptable has been updated to allow access - so that shouldn't be the problem. I have some java code that does some preload stuff and hits the database then sets some persistent global variables in the report, and there are no errors in this process - so I know actually getting to the database shouldn't be an issue. I checked and verified that I have the jdbc driver installed in the following places:

Ha nevermind. It has been over a year since I've done anything with our BIRT server. I had a bunch of logic for the property binding inside the datasource for the database. This logic had IP's of the old server.
