Query on Flat File

I want to get some parameters in a query dynamically from a csv file. The problem is, that the data base is very bad designed and I have to work with it.<br />
The repairs are assigned to the Service Centers via article groups. So I've written a CSC file that does this assignment.<br />

All other data is in a DB2 data base. So what I want is something like:<br />

Is this possible in BIRT? Unfortunatelly I only have the designer to make reports officially. So if there is a possibility finally it has to work in the designer.<br />

I would try this as Nested Tables.

Make two DataSets.
One reads the CSV and the other is your DB2 query with ... WHERE ITGroup IN ?

Then use the CSV data for the outer Table. Create an Aggregate binding and make a comma separated aggregate string.
Then in the Table's Header, add the nested Table using Db2 data.
Set the nested table's Binding to have the parameter use the row.outer["myAggregate"] string.

If the quoting doesn't mess up the query it should work great.
