Hide Details - Table Group

Hi,<br />

i have a <strong class='bbc'>Table</strong> to iterate all my Documents from Clients, each Client is a <strong class='bbc'>Group</strong>. <br />
<br />
I have two <strong class='bbc'>Parameters</strong> : StartDate and FinalDate in my Report<br />
<br />
If StartDate is defined i use to calcute all the values before the specified date, and show only the documents between the StartDate and FinalDate, example:<br />
<br />
Invoice#1 - Date: 07/08/2010 - Total: 200?<br />
Invoice#2 - Date: 08/08/2010 - Total: 100?<br />
Invoice#3 - Date: 12/09/2010 - Total: 500?<br />

StartDate: 01/09/2010 - FinalDate: 31/09/2010<br />

At my report in <strong class='bbc'>HeaderGroup</strong> i have an aggregattion to SUM all the values before StartDate, in this case 200+100=300?<br />
<br />
In <strong class='bbc'>Details</strong>, i have a conditions in Visiblity properties on all the Data Components:<br />
<br />
if DocumentDate > StartDate<br />
false;<br />
else<br />
true;<br />
<br />
I can only show in details the Documents between StartDate and FinalDate.<br />
<br />
My <strong class='bbc'>problem</strong> is for each Document hidden i get a kind of a pixel...and a blank space appears... look at my attachments:<br />

Preview #1 - StartDate isn't set, my Documents are all listed in Group Details<br />
<br />
Preview #2 - StartDate is set, look at the blank space... :S if i have a lot of documents the blank space increase much more...<br />
<br />
Any suggestion to solve this problem? How i can remove this blank space?<br />

Hi smgomes,

I know this was a problem in earlier versions of BIRT, but I thought it was fixed now. You might try setting the padding of these lines to 0 as well, maybe that will help. Let me know. I'll look into if there is something else that can be done.
