Vanishing content

A user at my company experienced vanishing content while editing a page. He switched from WYSIWYG to HTML view, made a simple change, then switched back to WYSIWYG to preview-except all of the content was deleted! Has anyone ever experienced this?

We have experienced this here with visual format aswell.

It doesnt happen very often, but its obviously annoying when it does.

I would be keen to hear any more news relating to this aswell.
