How to reduce memory space taken by BIRT jars?

BIRT jars are taking around 30 mb of PermGen space and due to that sometime we face OOM memory issue. For our product we can't increase the limit of PermGen size.

Please let me know how can I optimized the space taken by BIRT jars.
