Crosstab group

I have large crosstab with many customers.

Table extend at too many pages, and i want to group customers with sales amount greater then 1000.

I can filter crosstab, but then in summary field i don't see customers less than 1000.


something like that we have in pie chart ... where in category series we set 'minimum slice' and we label slice as 'rest' or something else.

Well, is there any way to do that on crosstab ... displaying only highest customer in crosstab, and rest show in summary field as 'rest' ... tnx

Hi Ingoos,

If this is something you can find out in your dataSet, you could create a computed column that returns the customer name if in the top 1000 and "other" if not in the top 1000.
