ReportEngine and startup on first report in Eclipse RCP

Hi,

i integrated BIRT Report Engine into my eclipse rcp application. I want to reduce the time the user has to wait for the first report to be rendered. I know that the first report beeing created starts up something in background (webserver?).
Can this startup be done when the application is beeing started?

iam making a plugin where i add a actionset to my application so plz can u tel me hw did u instantiate ReportEngine plzzz coz my code is not being dedugged ...i mean the compiler does not take these lines where as when i write in java iam able to render plzzz help me plz
