Adding hyperlink to series

Good afternoon,

I've got a pie chart to whose pie slices I want to add hyperlinks. This is pretty easily done just using the report design editor, but I'd like to have it done in Java.

Here's what I'm trying out to do in beforeDrawSeries(Series series, ISeriesRenderer isr, IChartScriptContext icsc):

URLValue uv = URLValueImpl.create(url, null, null, null, null);
uv.setTooltip("hi there");

Trigger tr = TriggerImpl.create(
TriggerCondition.ONCLICK_LITERAL,
ActionImpl.create(
ActionType.URL_REDIRECT_LITERAL,
uv
)
);

series.getTriggers().add(tr);

What I end up with are pie slices with the appropriate tool tip "hi there" as well as links, but hitting any of the links opens up the exact same report that was drawn instead of going to Google. I feel I must be missing something simple here. Any thoughts?

Playing around with this some more yesterday/today and I just can't figure it out - for whatever reason the tooltip is working but not the actual base URL. Is there a bug here or am I missing something?<br />
