Is TOC available in Actuate BIRT Designer Professional

Hello All,
I have requirement to add/generate Table of Contents in WORD document using BIRT. I would like to know if this is possible using licensed Actuate BIRT Designer Professional?
I did not find any option to generate the same using evaluation version of this, however it is mentioned in the below link that it is possible:

Has anyone have any ideas?

Looks like that PDF is for the e.Report Designer.
