Task not being Transitioned after Deployment

In my workflow I am trying to Deploy using OpenDeploy. After the files gets successfully deployed, the job is not getting transtioned to the End Task.

Also Find attached relevant workflow and Ipl Files.

There is no call back at the end of your ipl. You need to call back to the WFT to tell it the ipl has completed.
There is more information on this in the Workflow Guide.
Use the iwcallback command line tool.
