I would like to create a template in BIRT Designer to be deployed to iServer express server.<br />
The template should allow the user to create sub reports in the same manner explained in this <a class='bbc_url' href='
http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/examples/reports/subreports/SubReports.html'>example</a>.<br />

I've created a template with table nesting as seen in this image:<br />

However, when publishing to iServer and working with BIRT Studio, only the outer table appears.<br />
In BIRT Designer, reverting the outer report item, reveals the inner table (as report item) within it.<br />
<br />
My questions are:<br />
1) How can a template with sub reports be created?<br />
2) When such a template exists, how can binding between the tables be set?<br />
