Cannot convert Reports to .PDF files on WINDOWS 7

When i am trying to convert the generated reports to PDF it is asking me to save file and then hangs on for several hours. Also please find the attachment which can help you in discovering my problem.Browser I am Using is Internet Explorer 8 and PC-WINDOWS 7.This is not working with any of the popular browsers like Mozilla,Google Chrome Please can any one can help we ASAP. Its an emergency issue.Thanks in advance......

Hi Manish C,

I have Windows 7 and IE 8 as well and have not seen this issue. Is this with the deployed viewer? How complex is your report? What is your BIRT version?

Is this happening from the designer? Or deployed? Or both?

You might try re-downloading as I don't have the same issue.
