I need to perform some if () else if() operation on the computed columns.

Is there any way I can do the same?

Yes just put the if condition in the expression.
Like:

if( row["ORDERNUMBER"] > 10105 ){
row["QUANTITYORDERED"];
}else{
row["QUANTITYORDERED"]*row["PRICEEACH"];
}
