Hung after iportal login

Hi,

I just installed the A11 iserver. The /acadmin can work well, but the /iportal is hung after login. The screenshot is attached. Anyone can help? Thanks.

That is strange, what specific version of firefox are you using? Does it work with internet explorer?

I reinstalled the iserver and it was ok from one second. But it is much slower that the last version A10sp1.
