Hung after iportal login

Hi,
I just installed the A11 iserver. The /acadmin can work well, but the /iportal is hung after login. The screenshot is attached. Anyone can help? Thanks.

Hi Dianbo,
That is strange, what specific version of firefox are you using? Does it work with internet explorer?

I reinstalled the iserver and it was ok from one second. But it is much slower that the last version A10sp1. <br />
