Is there a possibility where I can add a new column to the existing table programmatically ( when I click on the button "Add Column")

Can you explain this a little more? Are you wanting to click on a button in an already run report and add a column to it? Or something else? Let me know.

You can add a column to an existing table like in the following devShare post:

So, if you create a drill through to a different or the same report when you click on your "add column" button, you could handle the add column based on the parameter value. You could carry the value through the drill through and add to it if you want the user to be able to add another column after already adding one, or you could remove the option to add a column after one was already added. Just an idea on a way to get started.
