OD-DD Roll-back scenario

Hi,
Assuming we want to achieve OD-DD tight link. Do we have a fix for the following scenario in the latest releases:

Assuming DD is run as DNR 'deploy-after', can we hold back database transaction from being committed and let OD and DD transactions committed at the same time and in sync with all the deployment legs?

No, this is still not possible.
