Any one get birt running on iseries V6R1?

Looking for some info about getting Birt running on the iseries v6R1!

What I have found through google leads me to believe that IBM is not supporting tomcat and v6r1. As an alternative I could always run tomcat on a windows server, which seems much easier alternative!
