palatte is not available

hi i have updated my eclipse with birt updates ,but when i chage my view to report desing i am not able to find itmes in resouce tab,data Explorer tab and palette tab ,its saying platte is not available ,resouce not available and a data view is not available
please help me out.

Sounds bad. If restarting with a new workspace still doesn't work, reinstall everything.
