call procedure without schema name

I am using eclipse 3.2.2. In BIRT I am using jdbc connection with adding ojdbc14.jar file and using oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver ( v10.2) driver.
In dataset I have selected type as stored procedure and passed {?=call test_rpt.GetlData(?,?)} but I am not getting any out columns but when I add schema like {?=call myschema.test_rpt.GetlData(?,?)} its working fine.
Is there any solution to make it work without adding schema name?
