Multiple Grouping on the same row

Hi All,
I have a report which needs to be grouped on the first 4 columns on the same row without loosing and information, what is the easiest way to do it? Thanks in advance

I also don't understand.

I would say just make 4 Groups and delete (or set Visibility=Hide) the Header Row for the first 3 and put all your values in Group 4 Header.

Why do you think data would be lost?
