Create a New Report using existing Template's Library DataSet

I want to create a New Report using an existing Report Template, and this Template is having a Report Library which has DataSet etc.. so bascially I should be able to access the Dataset present in the Library via Template-->Library-->DataSet

Could somebody please tell me as how this could be done?

Btw, I created a dataset at Template level and another at Library level. When I try to create a new Report using existing Template, it is showing me only dataset present at Template level and I am not able to see/access teh dataset present at Library level.
