Cannot order by in Script

Hi All,

In my query order by is only working when given in dataset query,
whereas if i try to order by in script of the dataset,
like 'this.queryText = this.queryText + " ORDER BY receipt.receiptkey)";'.
It is not ordering on preview.
Kindly help.

The preview is not running the whole report, it is just running the query.
Does it work when you run the report instead of just looking at the preview?

Yes, you are right it is not executing Script. 
Can you tell me the reason why it is not running Script. 
In all other reports it is working fine.

Where did you put this script?
Is it in the beforeOpen method of the data set?

Also can you copy/paste the exact code? Why is there a bracket ")" after receiptkey?
