How to protect text fields in Report type Doc?

Hello,

is it possible to protect text fields when creating reports as Word document?
The user should not to be able to change field descriptions in Word documents.

Hi Reiner,

I don't believe that there is a feature like that for the DOC output. You can always request an enhancement for a feature for this in future versions at http://www.birt-exchange.org/org/resources/bug-reporting/.
