Computed Columns

Hello,
I have a Data Set about processes. These data set has columns which contain Starttime and Endtime to each process. Now I want to generate a computed column which shows the state of the process.
This state should be generated in a column as follows:

if starttime = "", then Status="not claimed",
if endtime = "" then Status = "in progress"
else Status="ready"

Can I compute a column in this way? How would be the expression in the editor for comupted columns?

I hope anyone can help me, because I am no programmer and my skript seems to have several errors

This assumes a priority. Where 'Ready' is the default value, and 'Not Claimed' will overwrite 'In Progress' if both start and end are blank.
