How to modify a certain library DataSet in combine report?

Hi to all

There is a problem with modifing a certain library DataSet in combine report. 
 
I have a library with report tamplates, DataSets and DataSources. 
One of DataSet have a parameter, for ex., "par1" with some value "val1". 
When i adding items from library in ReportDesignHandle it is require to me change value of parameter "par1". 
 
Follow code example is helpless

In result: "par1" still have old value (if one was defined in library DataSet in *.library file)

No, it is in any way linked with report parameter. 
It is necessary to modify dataSet parameter from java code only.

After generation report with modified reportDesignHandle the DataSet uses "someParameter" with "oldValue", and not "newValue"
