Simple question, increment by 1

Hi,

I would just like to know how to have a number that increments by 1 for each row in my BIRT table, for example I have my column - dataSetRow["MeasureName"] that I would like to read:

1 dataSetRow["MeasureName"]
2 dataSetRow["MeasureName"]
3 dataSetRow["MeasureName"]
4 dataSetRow["MeasureName"]
5 dataSetRow["MeasureName"]

and so on...

Any help on this expression would be great.

You can either add an aggregation binding to your table with the "runningcount" function. Or do the same with a computed column in your dataSet. Hope this helps. Let me know.
