Same scale for two y-axis with min and max

Hello Together,

I made a Bar Chart with multiple Y Axis, to show on one hand an average value over the time as an bar chart and to show on the other hand minimums and maximums per time as lines. (Basicly the content depends on a parameter).
This worked, but Birt is scaling both axis in different scales (by auto). How can I change this to one scale? Is it possible to set minimum and maximum of a scale as dynamic values?
