open deploy

hi, plz have a look at the files, i am posting, i am getting an error in deploying them.

on, the command line it gives...
OpenDeploy server host: localhost, RMI registry port: 9173
Got OpenDeploy service.

It would be a lot easier to read if you attached the files to your post as a zip file. At the moment I find it impossible to read, plus your deployment config did not appear.
