Is there any way to add the column total in the place call "Drop data fields in the rows here".
My requirements is to add the column in that area.

You need to add the different measure columns for each dimension? Or for the whole chart? If for each dimension, you can do a derived measure by clicking on the icon next to the measure element and selecting add derived measure. Then you can add the different columns within a single dimension.
