Percent Stacked Area chart plot space issue
sidh_14
Hi All

We are trying to remove the spaces coming to the left and right of our 'Percent Stacked Area chart' report. We already have made the horizontal spacing as zero so that the gap between the Y-axis and the plot is removed, but the gap still exists.
I am attaching the image showing what is required and the actual report.
In the image shown #2 is what we have to remove.

Go to "Format Chart", select "plot", then click on the "Area Format" button at the bottom, then change the inset points to move the plot over.

Thanks for your reply.
Actually we already have made those values to zero, but still the gap persists. We are not able to find out that is it an issue with 'Percent stacked area chart' in BIRT or we are doing something unusual. Hope there might be some other way to resolve this issue.

If you make them negative, it'll bring the space in. The reason it probably leaves the space is because your x-axis values are the categories for your x-axis. If you had an integer or date value used for your x-axis values, you could set your own scale range and interval on your chart. That might get rid of the space without setting a negative inset.
