Automatic generation of BIRT reports

Hi,

We downloaded 'automatic genaration of BIRT Report' code from below URL.

But we are getting attached exception message while executing batch file from cmd line.

the version of BIRT described in the blog is a very old one (it's BIRT 2.2.1 which is more then two years old). you probably created your reports with a much newer version of BIRT. When generating reports you have to make sure that the version of BIRt runtime you use to generate your report is higher or at least the same as the version of the BIRT designer your reports have been created with.
If the versions don't match you will probably see some cryptic error message saying that the BIRT runtime couldn't understand the report you are trying to execute.

Which version of BIRT do you use to design your report?
Have a look at the BIRT download page to find the BIRT runtime download for the corresponding version. The genReport.bat is still part of the BIRT runtime so i think that all in the blog post could be applied to the current BIRT runtime. Please do not download any files from the blog as these files will only work with birt runtime 2.2.1
