Hi there,

i'm trying to extend the Columns of a DataSet by Code using the ScriptedDataSetHandle.
My codings succs in extending the MetaDataHandle and the ResultSet via getPropertyHandle(DataSetHandle.RESULT_SET_PROP).addItem(myResultSetColumn)

But how to extend this XML-Part ?

<structure>
<property name="columnName">MyName</property>
<text-property name="displayName">MyDisplayName</text-property>

OK, sometimes it's better to sleep about it.

I got the the ColumnHintHandles via getPropertyHandle(DataSetHandle.COLUMN_HINTS_PROP).
It's a PropertyHandle Object, which contains all the ColumnHint Objects.
You can create a new one and add it to the PropertyHandle.

later when saved the hole design, the xml-definition file shows the new entries.
