We recently upgraded BIRT engine and viewer in the production staging environment (to be implemented in production in the next step).<br />
Unfortunately, we faced an issue.<br />
<br />
We cannot access the viewer with the URL that used to work with message "404 not found - /report/frameset".<br />

To add to the weirdness, this is only happening in the staging server. Everything work fine in our testing and development server.<br />

The spec of the staging server as follow:<br />
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.0<br />
- Java JDK 1.5.0_13<br />
- JBoss AS 4.3.0 GA<br />

The spec of the test environment:<br />
- CentOS 5<br />
- Java JDK 1.6.0_20<br />
- JBoss AS 4.3.0<br />
