Blank Page

I have one report in which there is one Grid.
This Grid has several rows. Each row has embedded tables or grids.
Couple of rows have visibility set on condition.
When condition evaluates to 'true' it hides row properly. But it leaves a blank gap.
How can I remove this blank gap?

Last row (which goes on new page) results in blank page when visibility condition evaluates to 'true'.
How can I get rid of this blank page?
