Data Set Binding Refresh

Hi there, 
 
there already exists an <a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.birt-exchange.org/org/forum/index.php/topic/11120-birt-23-data-set-parameter-binding-refresh/page__s__161a1b4972224d25714a8ed1b7185acf'>older post</a> but i couldn't find further information on that problem. 
 
I use Birt 2.6.1 and i am using one data set in different bindings. But when i remove one attribute from that data set it isn't removed from all the bindings, where it was used. I would have to check every binding and remove the attribute. Is that a bug (because the refresh button doesn't work either) or is there another way to remove an deleted attribute from all bindings?

I don't believe there is. Refresh adds new bindings that you've added, but I don't think it removes them if they no longer exist. Please log a bug for this at http://www.birt-exchange.org/org/resources/bug-reporting/

is there a way to dynamically refresh the data-sets as well as the data bindings for the elements bound to the data-set

this will do the removing of unused bindings as well as refreshing the bindings ...any ways thanks for the reply Williams
