I am trying to define regions in a Flash Linear Gauge based on data. I am using BIRT 2.6.1 and Actuate BRD Pro 11

I have 2 data points representing performance and target.

I define the needle value to performance: <valueDefinition query="row["Coil Tons MTD"]"/>

and the scale as a function of target.

<scale autoAdjustMajorTickMarks="true" majorTickMarksCount="5" max="row["Est Coiled Tons MTD"] * 1.1" min="row["Est Coiled Tons MTD"] * .9" minorTickMarksCount="4"/>

How can I define the regions as a function of the target?
