Error Logging with Birt RCP

Hi,

with the full Eclipse-Version i get errors in the "Problems"-View while trying to preview a report (i.e. when something in my report is wrong).

With the Birt RCP there seems to be no such "Problems"-View.
Can i additionally plug-in this view? Is there a way?
Where are such errors logged to? I wasn't able to find a proper logfile...
