Barcode in Web Application

Hi, 
 
i am interested in using the (<a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.onbarcode.com/tutorial/java-barcode-eclipse-birt.html'>OnBarcode - Birt Plugin </a>) (with Birt 2.6.1). 
 
Using the plugin in Birt RCP works fine, but when i generate a report via the web application, the Barcode is not there. I copied the one jar in the plugins-dir of the report engine, which is used my the web application, but that doesn't seem to have an effect. 
 
Has anyone experience with that?
