Can someone tell me the required dependencies and extension points that i need to include an extra tab in label Property Editor ? And also if i could include the Map tab property to it. Thx

I do not think we have an extension point to extend the label editor. But you could look at the rotated label report item extension point example from the source to get an idea on how to do your own. I assume you have seen these:
