Limiting Crosstab data to the group it is contained in

I have a report that shows the sales information from a single table

Table has both leads and prospects (differentiated by lead_type)
Leads and prospects have different statuses

My report groups by lead_type
Inside the group is a) Chart that shows the statuses b)Cross-tab that provides count by state etc...

The chart works perfectly as I can specify a filter condition on the chart data cube in "Select Chart Data"
data["LeadType/lead_type"] Equal to row._outer["lead_type"]

However, on the crosstab's datacube there is no way to define the same. Is there a way to restrict the crosstab to show data related to the group?

If you have the field you want to limit your crosstab by from your outer table, in your crosstab, you should be able to add a filter in the same way by selecting the crosstab in your design and going to the filter tab in your property editor.
