Is there a way to rotate crosstab measure headers 90 degrees?

We have a wide crosstab with headers that are also wide. This is causing the report to wrap. If we are able to rotate the measure header text 90 deg then we would be able to fit the entire report on one page.

I saw there was a plugin that can be written but it is rather out of date. We are using 2.6.1 and soon to be upgrading to 2.6.2.

I attempted to use the RotatedText plugin found here on the forums however it doesn't seem to work inside a crosstab. Any ideas out there?
