Border for Table heading

Hi,

I have a report with headings and When I give the border to the heading it's showing for PDF but the border is not working for Report Viewer.

I really appriciate it if anybody would let me know what I am missing.

I think this is a know bug. Can you apply the border to the cell containers instead of the row?
