Exception Pop-up Message Box When Viewing Dashboard

I keep getting the following exception pop-up message box when viewing a shared dashboard on the iServer:

Execute report failed (An exception occurred during processing. Please see the following message for details: Cannot open the connection for the driver: org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc.org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc.JDBCException: Missing properties in Connection.open(Properties).).

I am able to view and run the dashboard if I log in as another user. Does anyone know if this exception error message is a permissions issue or something else? Thank you!

Can you check if the user have sufficient privileges to access all the reports int the dashboard?
