font difference using same report and data

We have encountered a strange PDF rendition problem. Using the same report design and same data, the resulting PDF will occasionally have some labels and/or data fields print out with different font sizing or spacing. Attached are two PDF files which display the issue. They were produced in the same manner through our application about 2 minutes apart. You can see two examples of the issue on the first page, one is in the header (the name "Susan Ryan") and the other is the label "Birth Date:". Another example is on page 4 in the header where there is more spacing above and below the "Student:" caption and name.

We are using BIRT 2.6.0.

The same report design and data could generate a different PDF output if you select different options to export the report. If that is not the case here, please file a bug here:
