Error on properting Binding Query

Description : I created the report parameter startDate but getting the error. I am attaching the report files. please look into and tell me where i did mistake.

If you build your query in the normal query section of the dataSet editor using parameter markers (?) and linking them to your report parameters, do you have the same issue?
