Chinese Localization damages the report filename

Hello

i using Maximo V7.1.1.7 with Birt 2.3.2. I create a task for a report to send me the report every Day, it works. When i change the locale in my maximo profile zu chinese and i create a task, then the attached file is damage. The filename for this attached report is for example: testreport.rptdesign_01May2011_0134PM.pdf.

In chinese localization the month has chinese signs and so i become a file att0gft1.dat.

How can i change the output filename to testreport.rptdesign_01052011_1334.pdf
